| 抄録(和) | スーツの服地や糸の色からそれに適したボタンの種類を選択する問題にバックプロパゲーション法を用いた階層型ニューラルネットワークを適用した。ネットワークの学習パラメータの最適化を行い、ネットワークの汎化能力について検討した。これらの結果、ネットワークには汎化能力を最大にする最適な中間ユニット数が存在することや入力層-中間層間のユニットの結合荷重値の制限がネットワークの誤差自乗和の減少に効果はあるが、未学習パターンに対する認識率が向上するとは限らないことが分かった。さらに、出力ユニット数の減少は学習パターンに対する認識率に効果的であるが未学習パターンに対する認識率に有効ではないことを示した。 |
| 抄録(英) | We applied the back-propagation method in the layered neural network into the problem selecting the buttons fit to the threads or cloths of suits.The learning parameters of the network in this study were optimized and the generalization of the neural network was discussed.From the results,we found that there was the optimum hidden unit for obtaining the maximum recognition rate,and that the limitation of the weight between input-hidden layers was not effective for the improvement of the recognition rates for the test patterns,but effective for the decrease of the square error of the network.In addition,the decrease of the output units improved the recognition rate for the learning pattern,but not for test patterns. |
