| 抄録(和) | 階層型のニューラルネットワークにおいて, 学習時に導入するいくつかの付加項を定義し, それらを持つシステムを構築した. それぞれの付加項が学習および構造最適化に及ぼす影響を調べた. XOR問題, 論理関数問題と地熱発電候補地探索問題に適用し, 本システムの有効性を検討した. その結果, 学習の構造最適化や汎化能力の向上という点で出力を0近づける付加項の導入が有効であることがわかった. |
| 抄録(英) | Several additional terms for learning were defined and tried to the layered neural networks. The effects of these additional terms on a learning and the optimum performance of the network was investigated. The system was applied to an XOR problem and the problem which identifies a logical function. After the success in the above problems, the system was applied to the further complicated problem which searches the expecting place for geothermal power generation using the ground surface survey data. From all these above results, it became clear that the optimal sizes and the improvement of generalization were easily achieved by introducing the additional terms, which approached the outputs to zero. |
