| 抄録(和) | ニューラルネットの学習アルゴリズムとしてEMアルゴリズムが注目されている. MLPにEMを適用する場合, 中間層ニューロン出力値を隠れ変数とみなす事ができる. 本報告では, この考え方によるMLP版EMアルゴリズムを使用し, 学習が収束した時点での中間層ニューロン出力値を正しい値と仮定し, MLP版EMとBPによる中間層ニューロン出力値の推定精度に関する比較実験を行った. その結果, MLP版EMはBPよりも高い推定精度を持つ事が判った. |
| 抄録(英) | The EM algorithm has been used as the training algorithm of neural networks. To apply the EM algorithm to multi-layer perceptron (MLP), the hidden layer's output can be seen as the missimg data. In this report, we evaluate the estimated precision of the hidden layer's output using the EM and BP algorithm. The results of computer experiments show that the EM algorithm is superior to the BP algorithm. |
