| 抄録(和) | Radial Basis Boltzmann Machine (RBBM) と呼ばれる連続値ボルツマンマシンの学習について解析を行なう. RBBMでは温度パラメータを変化させていくことにより学習結果が相転移を起こし, 階層的クラスタリングに対応する分岐現象が見られる. 本論文ではまず, 分岐現象が学習する分布関数の正規性によって特徴づけられることを示す. さらに連続値ボルツマンマシンの平均学習曲線について調ベ, 分岐点付近で有効パラメータ数 (NIC) が非単調な振舞いを見せることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | We analyze the learning of Radial Basis Boltzmann Machine (RBBM) which is a continuous version of Boltzmann Machines. As the temperature perameter of the RBBM changes, the learning result shows bifurcation phenomena, which corresponds to the hierarchical clustering. In this paper, we show that the bifurcation phenomena is characterized by some Gaussian property of target distributions. We also present the behavior of the learning curve of the RBBM, and the effective number of parameters (NIC) of RBBM shows a non-monotonic behavior around difurcation points. |
