Abstract(in English) A neural network model for sound localization using pulse neuron model has been proposed. Our model can detect the Intar-aural Time and Level Difference (ITD and ILD) as the discharges of specified pulse neurons. In this model, the discharge pattern of ITD detector is now affected by the level information of input signals. We proposed a new neuron layer extracting phase information from input signal for ITD detector.
