Abstract(in English) | Weak String is a nonlinear parallel filter which can smooth out noise while it detects step edges inherent to original data. Nonlinear elements called resistive fuses are necessary for implementing weak string. This paper shows a chip implementation of resistive fuse by four floating gate CMOS transistors. |
