Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The ability to perceive moving object is an important visual modality. To realize a basic motion-sensing device, we have proposed a simple algorism and analog MOS circuits with a correlation model based on the insect motion detector, which makes the circuit structure quite simple as compared with traditional velocity sensoring circuits. Several experimental results of a fabricated motion chip are presented in this report, which ensures the correct operation of the motion-detection circuit.
