| 抄録(和) | Blind Source Separation(BSS)問題は、ニューラルネットワークの新しい応用分野として注目されている。これまで提案されているBSS学習アルゴリズムでは、学習の振動を抑え収束性を保証するために、小さな学習定数を用いる方法や、指数的に学習定数を減少させる手法が用いられている。しかしながらこれらの手法では収束速度が遅いという問題があった。ここでは、Demixing Matrixを行ベクトル空間で捉えることを提案する。各行ベクトルごとに刻み幅を与え、学習に伴って適応的に刻み幅を変更する、変動ステップ型習アルゴリズムを提案し、その有効性を検証した。 |
| 抄録(英) | Most of the existing algorithms in the blind source separation are confronted with the learning step-size problems. In this paper, we propose to break down the demixing matrix into row vector space. From the row vector viewpoint, a variable step (VS) algorithm for the blind source separation problem has been proposed. Instead of using a constant step-size, the VS learning algorithm adaptively changes the learning step-size of each row vector according to the convergence behaviors of its corresponding row vector. Out simulation results showed that the new VS learning algorithm outperforms the conventional algorithms. |
