Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed a Neural Network Model Based on a long-term memory characteristic of the cerebrum cortex. The proposed model has the ability to memorize new information without loosing what was learned before. There are two characteristics that enable the addition of memory to the model. One is the neuron model which has two Threshold values and the other is the training algorism that restrains the weight values. The model has hierarchical block structure. New memories can bi added without forgetting the existing memory.
