Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For active control of one dimensional sound wave propagation in ducts, it is necessary to avoid the acoustic feedback which occurs because of detecting control sounds from additive source by sensing microphone. In this study, unidirectional source and unidirectional microphone are used to achieve stable sound attenuation of duct system. On-line control Experiments were operated with random noise and periodic noise to investigate the effectiveness of such system. As a result of experiments, active noise attenuation was performed well and this system was free from not only acoustic feedback but also boundary condition of ducts.
