Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed a frequency analyzed type adaptive algorithm in order to conduct the spectrum analysis of temporally varying signal like human voices and sounds from musical instruments. On the other hand, there're many studies about periodic noise control in the field of active noise control(ANC), because most of the periodic noises' energy concentrates on the basic component and it harmonic frequencies. This algorithm makes inverse phase signals of periodic noise simply, since it was derived from the equation of IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform). In this paper, we report an application for suppression of periodic noise by using this algorithm. Finally, effectiveness of this system was experimentally demonstrated by applying it to the control of the electric siren sound inside ambulances.
