Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Harmonic analysis (the Fourier transform) is not suitable for detecting the spectrum change of a wave form. This report describes generalized harmonic analysis (SFA) proposed by the author and presents some experimental results and the application of SFA to machine diagnostics, which shows that SFA is a superior method for frequency analysis. |
