Abstract(in English) For understanding evaluation values of noise combinably and for predicting and transforming them, it is necessary to discuss various relationships among L_x and L_ in detail. The authors already have examined the translation of both using neural nets. In this work, we expand the definition of output function in the neural nets and derive an experimental expression which gives a corresponding relationship among the evaluation values, and examine that of L_ in the similar manner. Moreover, the prediction of L_<50> based on the traffic volume, the distance from the center of road, etc. is also considered. As a result, it is shown that L_ and L_<50> are transformable considerably accurately.
