Abstract(in English) Modeling of Excess attenuation of sound over ground surface is an Important subject for accurate prediction of road traffic noise. Here we introduce the factor of excess attenuation which decreases exponentially with the distance from the vehicle i. e. sound source. Thus the excess attenuation for L_ over two layered on multilayered surface is easily formulated for road traffic noise Excess attenuation over ground surface is derived as EAT_ ≃ -55η^^-d, where η^^- is average attenuation coefficient of the surface and d is a distance from the straight road Excess attenuation for L_<50> is also discussed.
