| Abstract(in English) | While we have been working on a weather satellite image distribution system at Kochi University Weather Home, there are many occasions to respond questions on the images and other earth environmental issues. We report here experimentation of a portal site for the earth environment information and installation of a web-based mailing list system as a method of collecting information. Mailing lists will become important elements of community portals if they are well cooperated with web pages. |
