Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, it has been getting difficult to find out the information in which a user is interested from many accumulated digital contents. In order for users to acquire the information which they need, the special knowledge and technique about retrieval are also needed. Therefore, there is growing interest in recommender systems which can learn user preferences automatically and recommend only the information corresponding to user interests. In this paper, we introduce a prototype of retrieval server system which can recommend for users based on a search method combined group preference model from initial profiles provided by users and content-based filtering by extracting user preferences from user's operation histories to improve the recommendation accuracy.
