Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, for the purpose of sending the information even including the semantic information on the real world where we live, we propose Spatio Temporal Object Information Carrier STOIC as the novel information carrier in order to realize sending the information even including the semantic information. Since STOIC is sent as information carrier, its data structure must be intelligible not only for computer but also for human. Therefore, we have considered expressing STOIC by the structured document, we decide to express STOIC using XML. Moreover, we construct the visualization system as CG in order to show its usefulness.
