Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a framework for personalized digital broadcasting based on arbitration among three intentions of program director, sponsor and user. In our framework, they express their intentions using rules based on ECA rule. Video Coordinator arbitrates three intentions and provides user with personalized video programs and commercial messages. Using our framework, it can make user watch video program based on intention of program director and sponsor. User can watch the personalized digital video in his own way.
