| Abstract(in English) | It should be noted that the weather information is one of the most useful primary information among the various pages on the World-Wide Web. We have been operating"Weather Home"page at the Department of Information Science, Kochi University and providing the imges from Geostationary Meteorological Satellite, since April, 1994. It has become clear that it is important to prepare images which are easy to access and ready to utilize at any time. It is also important for maximum utilization of backend archives or databases. It is desired to establish a more comprehensive archive of meteorological data and information. |
