An Additional Delivery Mechanism of Related Information for Web-Contents

Abstract(in English) Recently, information delivery systems on the Internet are receiving much attention. When network service providers provide services as business, they often request to deliver related information, such as news and advertisement, with original contents. Delivering advertisement information to users, the provider charge for sponsors instead of charging users. Users can be given services free of charge. However, we must develop special programs to realize such as services. In this paper, we propose related information additional mechanism for web contents. Our mechanism enables conventional browser to display original web contents and related information without special application. Furthermore, we developed related information additional proxy system as a prototype system and experiment its usefulness. We describe about results.
