Abstract(in English) With the storage device is becoming increasing high capacity and low price, it becomes possible that archiving the contents at the user side. There is a new issue that how to manage the stored informantion at the client side. In this paper, we propose a new method to dispose and restructure the stored time-series articles based on the time-series features(freshness and popularity).
