Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we introduce an approach for efficient Searching similar scene on the video databases whose contents are described with sequence of events. Up to now, similarity between two sequences of events is estimated with bottom-up approach such as DP-matching method, but this approach is too costly for applying on the scene retrievals on video databases. In our approach, estimation of similarity is processed using an automatically generated is-a hierarchy in a top-down manner. |
