| Abstract(in English) | It requires huge work quantity and time to digitize a large amount of printed materials. So we consider that it is necessary for the document digitizing system to operate easily and quickly, and we develop an integrated digitizing system called the"Information Factory". This paper describes the Information Factory capable of distributed input, composed of some client machines to input images of books and a server machine for data processing and storage. Finally we describe its evaluation based on usability and performance test. |
