Abstract(in English) WAKASHI, C is a paged-object storage server for data-intensive applications,which is based on distributed shaxed virtual memory approach in distributed and parallel computing environments.To supports the consistency and the performance efficiency of advanced OPT(Object-oriented Parallel Transaction),a WAL(Write- Ahead Log)protocol based crash recovary mechanism is designed and applied on WAKASHI/C server.In this paper,we propose the OPT concept,discuss crash recovery issues of OPT,and construct a recovery system for WAKASHI/C.
