| Abstract(in English) | In this paper,we describe triggering functions for a system for office collaboration VIEW Office.The triggering functions are used to carry out specified actions automatically according to predefined rules when an event occurs.To support collaboration, rules describing actions of people are required to be used as rules for the triggering functions.When they are used,the following problems should be considered:(1)Detection of people′s a ction may invade their privacy.(2)Predefined rules cannot deal with change of situation.We restrict definition of rules to eliminate the rules that invade privacy and utilize dislog between users to deal with change of situation. |
