Abstract(in English)	In recent years, a lot of database application developement tools have appeared, focusing on multimdedia databases. Although many of these tools maintain a function that generates a default GUI screen from the database schema, the design of the screen layout is a too simple and poor design. To make GUIs with elaborate designs and layouts, we have developed an autoatic GUI layout generation system. The features are (1)to make the various GUI components ; and (2)to lay out blocks on a screen with flexibility. Currently we have been rewriting the system by the script language called Kasuga/Script that we have developed. Because Kasuga/Script holds many functions that help users develop multimedia database applications, it enables the rapid prototyping of our system.
