Abstract(in English) We have been constructing an urban information web system integrates several applications, such as urban information service and urban view simulation. In order to integrate 3D-graphical data on structures, roads, and so on, which was originated in different information resources, we construct a database of those information by using VRML. In this paper, we explain a data model for those 3-D data which have part-of and details-of relatiohship, and an access control mechanism on that data model.
