| Abstract(in English) | For scientific database, we examine a system which supports dynamically and incrementally structuring a naive data(semi-structured data), such as experimental results, arbitrary figured text data and so on, standing on researchers' viewpoints or hypothesises. We propose a hierarchical structured directed graph which has objects on both nodes and edges. Its partial graph behaves an object virtually and the original data can obtain various views by inheriting of attributes of other objects on the graph. We discuss the treatment of attributes and object views with correspondence of original to inherited attributes. |
