Abstract(in English) | The new enviroment with distribution of information facilitated by the World Wide Web requires rethinking many of the concepts in current distributed database technology. The problem of converting and integrating disparate data souces is through the use of mediators. In our proposed model, a mediator consists of user agents and database agents which coordinate on ECA rules of active database. In this paper, we show a framework for agent coordination and control through ECA rules. |
