| Abstract(in English) | Groupware using the Intranet within a corporation, those include workflow, data base and web systems, is becoming popular. In fact, grass-roots communications among citizen are performed by using the personal computer network and the world wide web. Community in communication network are really formalized. An active bulletin board linking to a workflow system are proposed in order to play an important role on community communications during a disater. |
