Abstract(in English) | The Hansin-Awaji Earthquake has taught us that it is important to make quick and smooth restoration by gathering information on the disaster in realtime and sharing it with all related offices. In this paper, the authors describe the evaluation of a multimedia database, which enables people to grasp the status of damage visually with maps by organizing disaster information by Time and Space indices. |
