Abstract(in English) | In this paper, wide band FEUDT filters and wide band ladder type filers using the wide band SAW resonators are investigated theoretically and experimentally, using SiO_2/Rotated Y-cut, X-propagating LiNbO_3 leaky SAW substrates with a large k^2 (Electromechanical coupling) of 0.25 and zero TCF (Temperature coefficient of frequency) and zero propagation attenuation in the case of metalized surface at thin film thickness of H/λ≒0.20 (H: SiO_2 film thickness, λ:SAW wavelength). |
