Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In an adaptive notch filter, which eliminates unknown sinusoids from a wide band signal, it's possible to use second order allpass filter during the implementation. Such kind of realization has an advantage of using a simple adaptive algorithm and orthogonal properties. However, when the notch bandwidth is very narrow, the convergence speed considerably decreases. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for adaptive notch filter with sub-band filtering, which minimizes the effects of this problem. Simulation results are provided confirm the improvement in performance.
