Consideration on Wideband Realization of Uni-Directional Array Microphone

Abstract(in English) In this paper, a study on wideband realization of uni-directional array microphone by permitting an extreme spatial aliasing is presented. In order to make main-beam characteristic keeping better, axially symmetrical fan filter is adopted and signal delay processing is performed. While sampling frequency is raised for the fixed interval of microphone, band width is extended in proportion because fan angle of fan filter is widened. A designed example is illustrated here.
