Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Though Teflon and propriety of joining of the different material had not been confirmed, it confirmed that joining was possible on the combination of Teflon and polyethylene, Teflon and polypropylene. Relation of joint strength and joining condition and joining process. Joining devices are vibration system using a lateral face of rod vibrating longitudinally at 19kHz. The joining sample is impressed from the perpendicular direction, and the vibration along the plane is applied, it is joined together. The experiment was carried out by the change of static pressure, vibration time and the relationship between joint strength and joining condition was required. The observation by the electron microscope was carried out, and the joining process was examined.
