Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes about the research of ultrasonic power measurements by using microbalance at Electrotechnical Laboratory. We have built up conventional ultrasonic power measurement system with precise microbalance. At the preliminary stage, we have prepared plane and conical shaped targets that were made of two types of rubbers, aluminum and brass. From the experimental, results, we have found that the rubber conical targets may be suitable for this kind of measurement compared with the conventional steel conical targets, because the power of reflected waves from the wall of the water bath is small enough.
