| 抄録(和) | 最近の科学技術の分野で薄膜の熱特性量が必要とされている。一般にCVDダイヤモンド薄膜の熱伝導率は熱電対を用いて測定されている。しかし光音響(PA)法を用いると非接触で基板上に堆積した薄膜の熱伝導率が測定できるため, この方法をシリコン基板上に堆積させたダイヤモンド薄膜の厚さ方向の熱伝導率の測定に応用した。 |
| 抄録(英) | In the recent advanced technologies, thermophysical properties of thin films are needed for several research fields. In general, the thermal conductivity of CVD-diamond film has been measured using thermocouples. Photoacoustic technique, however, is one of a useful technique to determine the thermal conductivity of the thin film deposited on the substrate, because it can be measured without touching the sample. We applied it for measured the thermal conductivity on the vertical-depth direction to the diamond film deposited on the silicon wafer. |
