Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Ultrasonic echo location signals of breeding Hippsideros turpis were observed to realized a new SONAR model using the bio mechanism. Harmonic structure containing 40kHz, 80kHz and 120kHz were found, and the 2nd harmonic of 80kHz was strongly radiated. The daily change of center frequency of echolocation pulse has been also measured. The decrcase tendency of the frequency had been continued until their frequent usage of echo location to get feed by themselves accompanying flying action.
