Abstract(in English) In this paper,the surface charge distributions of spurious vibrations in a rectangular AT-cut quartz plate are experimentally and theoretically analy,to clarify the mode families of them.The measurement and calculation of charge distributions are carried out on rectangular IMHZ AT-cut plates.All the spurious resonances ranging within 0.75 to 1.2 MHz are examined.The good agreement between experiment and theory shows that the spurious modes in rectangular AT-cut resonators belong to the thickness-flexure and the face-shear, flexure.
