Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The SAW convolver is expected to be an important component of spead spectrum communication systems. It's used for a correlation detector in the receiver. It doesn't need a synchronous detector. So, It's suitable for wide band width and high sensitive communication applications. So far, it is low efficient, as a result of a non-linear factor depending on the property of the substrate material. We succeeded in developing a high efficient and wideband convolver, by using a focused and chirped interdigital transducer. Still more, we used the slowness-currevs function with the anisotropic properties. |
