Abstract(in English) | A new electrode thickrless difference type of single phase unidirectional surface acoustic wave transducers with the electrode width of A/4 is investigated. It is fabricated by the anodic oxidation techniques and oblique angle evaporation techniques in order to cut a part of meander-line electrode by using the shadow of the resist pattern. The experimental results of filters on 128° Y-X LiNbO_3 show the low loss, large directivity and large radiation conductance. Theinsertion loss of 5GHz range filters are 5.1 dB without matching circuits and 4.1 dB in the matching condition. Also, the insertion loss of 1GHz and 2GHz rangefilters are less than 3 dB. |
