Abstract(in English) For direct sequence (DS) spread spectrum (s-s) communication systems with DPSK modulation, we have searched out new pseudo noise (PN) sequences. Furthermore, a new construction of a low loss SAW matched filter is developed, comprising localized ZnO-layered structure on a quartz crystal. As a result of the sequences and the construction, 14dB (6dB improvement on the conventional m-sequences) peak vs. sidelobe of correlated output-signal and 9dB lower loss than that of conventional one without ZnO film was achieved for a 300MHz SAW matched filter corresponding to the above PN-sequences with 25chips. We have applied these matched filters to SS rf-modem-units for weak power digital communications. In these modem-units the high data-rate (1Mbps), long communication distance (about 20m) and low current (210mA when received) performances are obtained.
