Abstract(in English) SAW matched filter is a key-device for Spread Spectrum (SS) communication. We have shown that the TTE level of matched filter the for SS signal for is lower than that of an ordinary SAW tnansversal filter for CW signals even if outer circuit-impedance is fully matched to the SAW matched filter. A time-domain analysis using an cincuit network tool for various kind of construction have been used for the matched filter with 25-chip low autocorrelation sequence, this analysis agreed with the experiments to verify this TTE behavor.
