| 抄録(和) | 超音波で組織診断をより定量的に行なうことが期待されているため, テクスチャ解析が行なわれている. しかしながら, 超音波像は一般にスペックルによって, 著しい画質の劣化を受けている. スベックルは, 超音波のランダムな干渉によって生じるため, 生体組織構造と一致するものではない. 従って, 組織診断の前処理としてスペックル低減が必要であると考えられる. そこで, 我々は心臓の周期運動性を利用した時間的コンパウンド法を提案した. 本手法では, 各心拍のばらつきを補正して, 同時相のフレームをコンパウンドする. 本手法の有効性を検証するため100心拍の超音波心臓断層像に本手法適用したところ, スペキュラ成分を損なうことなく, スペックル成分を低減することを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | More accurate information of human tissue is expected to obtain from ultrasonic echo images. And the various method of texture analysis is applied to characterize the tissue non-invasively. However, the quality of the images is extremely deteriorated by the speckle noise generally. As speckle noise produced by the random interference of reflected wavefronts, speckle don't coincide with the organismic tissue construction itself. Therefore, it is considered that the reduction process of the speckle noise is required as the preprocessing stage for the tissue characterization operation. On this background, we proposed the method for temporally compounding B-mode images utilizing the perio dicity of cardiac movement. In the method variability of each heart rate is normalized on the time axis, and frames on same phase are compounded. And, to verify the effectiveness of the method, we applied it to the 100 heartbeats of the echocardiograms. Consequently, it is confirmed that the speckle component in the echo image is obviously reduced without deteriorating the specular component by the application of this method. |
