Abstract(in English) The ocean variabilities are estimated using Ocean Acoustic Tomography (OAT) technique. They are decomposed using expansion functions with limited modes. The Evaluation of the model errors is important for the OAT analysis. The authors describe the method of evaluation of the errors and evaluated them by introducing the new concept "Best expansion coefficient". Following important results and informations are obtained by the computer simulation : poor representability of the horizontal expansion function. errors of model, minimum number of horizontal modes, etc.
