Abstract(in English) This paper describes a surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensing system for liquid that is named as SLAIS (SAW Liquid Analyzing and identifying System). The system consists of three parts: sensing head, electrical circuit, and measuring module. We measured several solutions using SLAIS and obtained calibration curves for measuring viscosity and density products, permittivity, and conductivity. The results indicate that the SLAIS can be used as smart liquid sensing system.
