| 抄録(和) | 現在、超音波Bモード像は、その安全性やリアルタイム性などのために、医療面において広く用いられている。しかしながら、癌などの病変部分の医療診断には医師の経験に基づいた定性的な方法がとられている。そこで本論文では、我々の研究グループが提案する3次元エコーシミュレーターを用いて超音波Bモード像を合成し、2次元相互相関法により変位量を検出している。さらに、この変位量からフックの法則によって弾性率を導出し、その推定制度を定量的に評価している。 |
| 抄録(英) | Nowadays, ultrasonic B-mode images are widely used for medical diagnosis since they can be operated safely and in real time. However, the qualitative method based on an experience of the physicians is used for the medical diagnosis of pathologies, cancer and so on. Therefore, in this report we will construct ultrasonic B-mode images by our previously reported 3-D echo simulator and detect the displacements in them by 2-D cross-correlation technique. Finally the elastic coefficient in them is calculated by Hooke's law and the accuracy of the estimation is discussed quantitatively. |
