Abstract(in English) We have fabricated a coil-integrated X-ray Detector with normal-distribution-function shaped STJ. A new fabrication process has been developed to make a superconducting Nb coil on the STJ with a high reliability and a high reproducibility. The process includes both techniques of a step edge successfully smoothing and a fine patteruing. Utilizing this process, the detector having a critical current of more than 50mA was fabricated.
