Preparation of ramp-edge type Josephson Junction using La_<1.85>Sr_<0.15>CuO_4

Abstract(in English) In order to observe Josephson effect between different kinds of superconductors, We prepared rump-edge type junction made of La_<1.85>Sr_<0.15>CuO_4 and YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>. The superconductive films we selected have very different critical temperature, the former's is 30K, the latter's is 90K. The films were deposited by pulsed laser ablation method, and the sample was formed by photolithography technique, ion-milling etching and cleaning. We observed the two drastic drops of resistance due to the superconducting transitions of LSCO and YBCO in measuring the temperature dependence of resistance. We obtained RSJ-like property in the voltage-current measurement of the ramp-edge type junction.
