Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Element circuits for power source with high-current and low-voltage are fabricated using oxide superconducting films. Bridge type circuits consisting of 4 Josephson junctions, whose critical currents are controlled by magnetic field generated with external current indicate possibility to convert AC input to DC output and vice versa. Parallel connection of some Josephson junctions increases critical current of circuits with keeping sensitive magnetic field dependence. Both circuits formed on MgO bicrystal substrates are effective for high current source to SFQ LSI.
